NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 8, 2014 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-031899 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein FNBN I, LLC1 1Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and GINA TOSTA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; INFOSUR TRADES INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A LOTOYA WILLIAMS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/26/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 2823, BUILDING 2800 AT THE GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16097, PAGE 0420, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
