NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2010, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-016355, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JUAN DE JESUS; ALICIA ROLON; RAINTREE OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC,; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. D, BUILDING 12714, BUILDING TYPE C, OF RAINTREE OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17772, AT PAGE 952, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 180, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
