Final Judgment was awarded on September 24, 2013 in Civil Case No.:10-CA-010915, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff, and, MICHAEL HUGHES; KING LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
