GAZZOLA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL J. GAZZOLA; THE PRESERVE AT TEMPLE TERRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
