Final Judgment was awarded on April 15, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-007999, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, JOSHUA PATRICK BOYLE; JENNIFER LEE BOYLE A/K/A JENNIFER LEE GUMPERT A/K/A JENNIFER L. GUMPERT; GEORGE CHARLES GUMPERT, SR.; CYPRESS CREEK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
