NOTICE OF SALE
Please take notice that on June 26, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at 1082 Island Avenue, Tarpon Springs, Florida the following item of personal property will be sold at public sale to the highest bidder to satisfy the claim of lien for accumulated dockage fees: MV 1967 Pacemaker Pilothouse Motoryacht, bearing vessel registration #FL8814HJ. Marpro Marine Services, LLC (“lienor”), claims a lien against this property of $16,010.88. Lienor claims a continuing charge of $620.00 ($10.00 per foot) per month from the date of this notice until the day of the sale of the property. The item of property is owned by CURTIS THEOBALD and STEVEN KORBAN (“owners”) c/o Spiro J. Verras, 31640 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 4, Palm Harbor, Florida 34684.

The above described property shall be offered for sale pursuant to Florida Statute 713.78. The proceeds from the sale will be applied to the cost of the sale and to the lien, and any money that remains will be mailed to the county clerk of Pinellas County, Florida, to be held in trust for the owners of the property.

The described property was to be claimed by owner on or before April 30, 2014, (more than nine days prior to the posting of this notice). Additionally, a notice of lien was mailed to owners on May 9, 2014, and a notice of sale was mailed to owners on May 9, 2014. These notices were mailed to Curtis Theobald, 54 Ada Street, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689, Steven L. Korban, 54 Ada Street, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689, and to Spiro J. Verras, Esq., counsel of record for Curtis Theobald, Steven Korban, and Lawrence Benes, Trustee of the Steven L. Korban Supplemental Needs Trust, 31640 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 4, Palm Harbor, Florida 34684, by certified mail with return receipt requested, not less than forty (40) days prior to the time set for the auction of the described property.
