Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009-003996-CI pending in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-9 is the Plaintiff and Christopher Dembowski and Jenny Dembowski, husband and wife; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Premier Mortgage Funding, Inc., State of Florida, Department of Revenue, Unknown Parties in Possession #1; Unknown Parties in Possession #2, if living and all unknown parties claiming, by through under and against the above named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants are the Defendants, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 27, 2014, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 18th day of July 2014, the following-described property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 20, BLOCK 8, LARGO LAKE VILLAS UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
