YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien for condominium assessments on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 9, Building B, VILLA VALENCIA GARDEN, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 4943, pages 477 through 528, inclusive, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 38, pages 10 through 14, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to SHAWN G. BROWN, ESQ., of Lang & Brown, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 7990, St. Petersburg, FL 33734, on or before the 16 day of June, 2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
