MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-A5 (THE TRUST), is the Plaintiff and JOHN D WYLIE; JOYCE WYLIE; FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION - DISSOLVED; MADISON CONSTRUCTION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 07/15/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
