NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-007203-CI-33 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS AND OTHER PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BETTY OKEEFE, MARK O'KEEFE, INDIVIDUALLY, MARK O'KEEFE, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF BETTY O'KEEF, MARK O'KEEFE, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE BETTY A. O'KEEFE TRUST AGREEMEN, SEMINOLE COUNTRY GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC., MELINDA D. MULLIN, SEAN PATRICK O'KEEFE, SHANNON L. O'KEEFE are the Defendant(s), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on JUNE 18, 2014, at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:
That certain Parcel consisting of Unit 209-G, as shown on Condominium Plat of Seminole County Green Condominium Phase II, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 13 through 18, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 46, Pages 14 t hrough 17, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed May 2, 1979, in Official Records Book 4846, Pages 1456 through 1532, as amended in Official Records Book 5110, Page 297, in Official Records Book 5429, Page 242, and in Official Records Book 5642, Page 586, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof, and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtanent thereto.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
