Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated April 30, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 08-012597-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-3 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff, and ZAMIRA Y. VALLEJO, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 11, BLOCK 3, WEST LAKE PASADENA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 4 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of August, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
