NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 2, 2014, and entered in 52-2010-CA-010809 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5 is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES, OF WAYNE W. DOUVIA DECEASED, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY AND THROUGH, UNDER, AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANT(S); JULIE K. MAY; THOMAS DOUVIA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 02, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT NUMBER SEVENTEEN (17), BLOCK 35, COQUINA KEY, SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 40 AND 41, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
