NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April , 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-012777 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR OR TRUSTEE FOR JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-3 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3, is Plaintiff and HARRY A. CHUDLEY A/K/A HARRY CHUDLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HARRY A. CHUDLEY A/K/A HARRY CHUDLEY; TENANT #1, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Pasadena Gardens Gulfview section, Block 13, South 5 feet of Lot 6 and North 45 Feet of Lot 7
Property Address: 1707 55th Street South, Gulfport, FL 33707
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
