NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 522012CA007008XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2006, GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE7, is Plaintiff and Anne M. Koster, Donald J. Koster and THD At-Home Services, Inc., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13, Less the West 15 feet and the West 20 feet of Lot 14, Block 19, Pine Ridge, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 68, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida..
