NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-003583-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Green Tree Servicing LLC., is the Plaintiff and Indrawati G. Kasiram, Mitchelle R. Sewram, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 25, BLOCK D, HARMONY HEIGHTS, SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 16; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
