NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. grant 52-2012-CA-015283 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-WL2, Plaintiff and Whitney Sue Dwyer a/k/a Whitney Dwyer and John Joseph Dwyer a/k/a John J. Dwyer are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 20, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, AND THE NORTH 1.00 FOOT OF LOT 2, BLOCK “I”, FLORIDA RETIREMENT VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, AT PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
