YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 166, OF PATRIOT SQUARE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION 2, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4043, PAGES 936 THROUGH 979, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO,

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, Florida 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
