NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 20, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 009218 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and JULIO GUZMAN; GLADYS GUZMAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; AVALON LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 23 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51, OF AVALON LAKES PHASE 2, VILLAGE G, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, AT PAGE(S) 48 THROUGH 51, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
