Unit Week 03 in Unit 1652, an Odd Biennial Unit Week, VISTANA FOUNTAINS II CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Fountains II Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4598, Page 3299 et seq, in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any.
