NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 14, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-023748-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY REAL ESTATE SERVICES, LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, INC. F/K/A NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE CO., is Plaintiff, and NESTOR CARDENAS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 85, HUNTERS CREEK TRACT 150 PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 67 AND 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
