RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed May 14, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-026523-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2007-AR5 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR5, is Plaintiff, and MICHEL JEAN BOISETTE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 3, LAKE CANE ESTATES, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book Y, Page 40, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
