Final Judgment was awarded on April 30, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2012-CA-009549-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff, and, MICHAEL GENSLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL GENSLER N/K/A SHELLIE GENSLER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on June 4, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
