FUGATE; PATRICIA FUGATE; CHARLOTTE STATE BANK & TRUST FKA CHARLOTTE STATE BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 22 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
