Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 08 2012 CA 000494 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JOHN J. LEANDRO, PATRICIA J. LEANDRO, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 4 day of September, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 2603, OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWENTY NINE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 22A THROUGH 22G, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 1485 BISCAYNE DRIVE, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33953
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
