NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 2, 2014 and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-002348 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA J THOMSON; GEORGE HOWARD THOMSON A/K/A GEORGE H. THOMSON; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 4 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
