NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 9, 2014 and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-001061 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST ROBERT O. LEWIS A/K/A ROBERT ORVILLE LEWIS, JR. A/K/A ROBERT ORVILLE LEWIS, DECEASED; SUSAN LYNN COX A/K/A SUSAN L. COX A/K/A SUSAN COX A/KA/ SUSAN LYNN LENHART A/K/A SUSAN L. LENHART A/K/A SUSAN LENHART, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ROBERT O. LEWIS A/K/A ROBERT ORVILLE LEWIS, JR. A/K/A ROBERT ORVILLE LEWIS, DECEASED; KAREN ANN JULIAN A/K/A KAREN A. JULIAN A/K/A KAREN JULIAN, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ROBERT O. LEWIS A/K/A ROBERT ORVILLE LEWIS, JR. A/K/A ROBERT ORVILLE LEWIS, DECEASED; ROBERT ROLAND LEWIS A/K/A ROBERT R. LEWIS, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ROBERT O. LEWIS A/K/A ROBERT ORVILLE LEWIS, JR. A/K/A ROBERT ORVILLE LEWIS, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOSE SERRANO, and TENANT #2 N/K/A KAREN JULIAN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 3 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
