NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 9, 2014 and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-001952 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff and YOLETTE D VITAL; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 3 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
