NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 9, 2014 and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-003122 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST DANIEL S. THOMAS A/K/A DANIEL SAMUEL THOMAS A/K/A DANIEL THOMAS, DECEASED; ORVILLE JOSEPH HOLNESS A/K/A ORVILLE J. HOLNESS A/K/A ORVILLE HOLNESS, SUBSTITUTE PLENARY GUARDIAN OF ERICA THOMAS, AN INCAPACITATED ADULT AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF DANIEL S. THOMAS A/K/A DANIEL SAMUEL THOMAS A/K/A DANIEL THOMAS, DECEASED; ORVILLE JOSEPH HOLNESS A/K/A ORVILLE J. HOLNESS A/K/A ORVILLE HOLNESS, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE DANIEL S. THOMAS REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED 11/20/2008; ORVILLE JOSEPH HOLNESS A/K/A ORVILLE J. HOLNESS A/K/A ORVILLE HOLNESS AS SUBSTITUTE PLENARY GUARDIAN OF ERICA THOMAS, AN INCAPACITATED ADULT, BENEFICIARY OF THE DANIEL S. THOMAS REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 11/20/2008; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A OLIVER J. HOLNESS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ERICA C.THOMAS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 3 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
