KENDALL, JR., TRUSTEE OF THE ROBERTA KENDALL UNIFIED FAMILY TRUST DATED MARCH 25, 1998 are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on August 28, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE EAST SIDE OF ELIZABETH STREET AND THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF MCKENZIE STREET; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY SIDE OF MCKENZIE STREET 260 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF MCKENZIE STREET WITH THE SOUTHWEST SIDE OF TAYLOR STREET, AS NOW LOCATED; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG TAYLOR STREET 190 FEET MORE OR LESS TO AN IRON PIPE; THENCE SOUTH 48° 00” WEST 190 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; ALL BEING LOCATED IN BLOCK 107, CITY OF PUNTA GORDA, CHARLOTTE COUNTY FLORIDA.
