NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-001929 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Gary R. Swim, Michele L. Swim, Citifinancial Equity Services, Inc., Palisades Collection, L.L.C assignee of Bowflex, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 4 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 9, BLOCK 3236, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 51, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 65A THROUGH 65H, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
