NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on the 12 day of February 2014, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW 2006-14 is Plaintiff, and VICTOR PHILOGENE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICTOR PHILOGENE, N/K/A MYRLENE PHILOGENE, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B., UNKNOWN PERSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, N/K/A TAMIKA LEBON are the Defendants, in Civil Action Case No. 08-7677 CA, The Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 11:00 a.m., on June 12, 2014, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby of the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, Florida 34112 the following described real property, situate and being in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
LOTS 28, 29 AND 30, BLOCK B, NAPLES GARDEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
