NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 10, 2014 in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-003988 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and MARION JEAN GREGORY F/K/A MARION JEAN GREGORY ZISKA F/K/A MARION JEAN ZISKA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARION JEAN GREGORY F/K/A MARION JEAN GREGORY ZISKA F/K/A MARION JEAN ZISKA, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9 day of June, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 23, Block 45, Naples Park, Unit 6, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 15 of the Public Records Of Collier County, Florida, less the East 7.17 feet thereof.
