NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 12, 2014, in Civil Case No. 11-2010-CA-003824, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LUMINENT MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-2 is the Plaintiff, and NYDIA VEGA; NYDIA ABREU; CYPRESS GLEN I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CYPRESS GLEN MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; EXACT CONTRACTORS, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NYDIA VEGA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NYDIA ABREU; JANE DOE; JANE DOE ; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BANKATLANTIC, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 12 day of June, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 108, CYPRESS GLEN I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2371, PAGE 1527, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS; TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF GARAGE NO. 108.
