NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2014, entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-003162-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Barbara McGregor; Unknown Spouse of Barbara McGregor; Valencia Lakes at Orangetree Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Orange Tree Homeowner's Association, Inc. ; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the June 11, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 61, VALENCIA LAKES-PHASE 4A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 32 THROUGH 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
