NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2014 entered in Case No. 2012 CA 2933 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-SD4 is the Plaintiff and Juan Hernandez; Adrianna Garcia; Ford Motor Credit Company; Board of County Commissioners for Collier County Fla are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the June 11, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 2, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NUMBER 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 101 AND 102, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
