NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 12, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-001700 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DAVID P LOBDELL; JENNIFER L LOBDELL; FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FLORIDA DBA FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF NAPLES; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 9 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 116, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 34, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
