NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 12, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2013 X 002529, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B., is Plaintiff, and KATHLEEN HARKER STICK A/K/A KATHLEEN WOLFE-STICK, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ANN HARKER A/K/A ANN M. HARKER, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; KATHLEEN HARKER STICK A/K/A KATHLEEN WOLFE-STICK; GARRY L. HARKER; THOMAS B. HARKER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 11 day of June, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to wit:
THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 91, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 34, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 5090 Boxwood Way, Naples, FL 34116
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
