NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2014 and entered in Case No. 1301884CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein The Falls of Portofino Condominium No. 5 Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Jose Bermudez and Isabel R. Bermudez are the Defendants, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 9 day of June, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 2903, BUILDING 29, OF THE FALLS OF PORTOFINO CONDOMINIUM NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4187, PAGE 3473, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOEGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON AREAS PERTINENT THERETO.
Property Address: 7070 Venice Way, Naples, FL 34119.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
