NOTICE IS GIVEN, pursuant to Section 45.031 (2) (c), Florida Statutes, that the Clerk of Court will offer the following described property in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 7, of Santa Barbara Club, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, dated October 31, 1983 and recorded October 31, 1983 in O.R. Book 1049, Page 479-537, inclusive, and exhibits thereto, being also recorded in Condominium Plat Book 23, Pages 61 and 62, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida and subsequent amendments thereto; together with the limited common elements ownership now described in the foregoing Declaration of Condominium as to Parking Spaces 13 and 14.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 3rd Floor Lobby, Naples, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 9 day of June, 2014.
