NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 11, 2014, in Case No. 2011-CA-003191 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Madeline T. Meacham, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Fl, 34112 at 11:00 A.M or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 11 day of June, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, Block 168, MARCO BEACH UNIT FIVE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 39 through 46, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
