NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-000861 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Freedom Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Karen Lamey, Cartlon Lakes Master Association, Inc., Lakeview at Carlton Lakes Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9 day of JUNE, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 203, BUILDING C-7, LAKEVIEW VII AT CARLTON LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2675, PAGE 170, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
