NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12 day of February, 2014, and entered in Case No. 0909837CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF CWALT 2005-16 is the Plaintiff and DANIEL J. SWEENEY III A/K/A DANIEL J. SWEENEY A/K/A DANIEL SWEENEY and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 12 day of June, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 287, OF MARCO BEACH, UNIT #8, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 PAGE 63 THROUGH 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
