NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12 day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11 2013 CA 001989 0001 XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and BOBBY PLATT A/K/A BOBBY A. PLATT FAIRMONT RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC. THE RANCH AT ORANGE BLOSSOM MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. MELYNDA PLATT A/K/A MELYNDA M. PLATT; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 11 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, ORANGE BLOSSOM RANCH PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 58 THROUGH 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
