NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 14, 2014 nd entered in Case NO. 11-2013-CA-001674 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-1 MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-1, is the Plaintiff and FANNY M HARDESTY; ANNA MILENA HARDESTY A/K/A ANNA M. HARDESTY; DENNIS C HARDESTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC.; 1810 NAPOLI LUXURY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; NAPOLI LUXURY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 11 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1208 IN 1810 NAPOLI LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON OCTOBER 14, 2004, IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3660, PAGE 2312 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
