GRACE, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF LYNN B. GRACE, DATED JANUARY 11, 1996, et al., are the Defendants, Collier County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
THE WEST 60 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK 5, THE MOORINGS UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 102, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 12 day of June, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
