NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2014, and entered in 11-2009-CA-000415-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIDELITY FEDERAL BANK & TRUST, is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH A. DIPASCALE; JENNIFER A. DIPASCALE are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 3315 Tamiami Trail East Naples FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on June 12, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF TRACT 16, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 5, ACCORIDNG TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 91 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
