NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 12, 2014, in Case No. 2013-CA-001837 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which FIFTH THIRD BANK, AN OHIO BANKING CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIFTH THIRD BANK, A MICHIGAN BANKING CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FLORIDA F/K/A FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF NAPLES, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO MERCANTILE BANK OF NAPLES, is Plaintiff, and Joe A. Bulat, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00Am. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 12 day of JUNE, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 303, THE ANCHORAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS, OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OR BOOK 970, PAGES 145 THROUGH 250, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
