NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 19, 2013, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 14, 2014, both entered in Case No. 2012-CA-001003, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC., TRUST2004-HE7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE7 is Plaintiff and ROBERTA M. FINKE; MICHAEL F. FINKE; RIVER CLUB HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 13th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
