NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 03, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2010 CA 009157 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and FRED R. GOULD III A/K/A FRED R. GOULD, STAR L. GOULD, UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of June, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Commence at Southwest Corner of Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of Section 10, Township 34 South,Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida; Thence North 89°49'00” West, 104.40 Feet For POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence Continue North 89°49'00” West, along the South line of said Section 10, a distance of 230 Feet; Thence North 01°00'48” East, 497 Feet, more or less, to the Low Water Line of a man-made lagoon; Thence meander, along said Low Water Line, in a Easterly direction to a point which lies 467 Feet, more or less, on a line that bears North 01°00'48” East of the Point of Beginning; Thence South 01°00'48” West along said line to the POINT OF BEGINNING; Less South 33 Feet for 17th Street on South
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
