NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 5, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2013-CA-003640 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 5th day of June, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 57-B, HERITAGE PINES, A CONDOMINIUM AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 993, AT PAGE 244, AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGES 37 THROUGH 43, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
